Performance index:
April 2011: 4.57 points out of 10
January 2011: 4.61 points out of 10

COMMENTS:
Thumbs up:
• Barcelonian (Barcelona): Decidir-se a liderar la ciutat i el país, des de la honradesa i la proximitat. Sense deixar ser com és.
• Laia (Barcelona): Having the vision to wanting to host the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Thumbs down:
• K B Crabby (Barcelona): His insistence on spending vast sums of money on large-scale, often unnecessary, urban projects or on crazy ideas such as hosting the Winter Olympics. His inability to keep the city reasonably clean and safe. His determination to build a tunnel for the bullet train right through the middle of town. Under his tenure, Barcelona has become far dirtier and noisier, and the key tourist sites, such as museums, as well as tube and bus stations and even the airport are overrun with pickpockets and thieves.
• J P (Barcelona): Winter Olumpics 2022? Maybe the mayor is not clear about the difference between water skiing and snow skiing!
• Carlos (Barcelona): Mayor Hereu should deal with Barcelona's real problems like congestion and pollution instead of wasting money and time on a Olympic bid.
• PJGC (Spain): Wanting to host the 2022 Winter Games.
• Gerardo D O (Barcelona): Campaigning for the 2022 Winter Olympic games. Being a unelected major for over two years. Green zone. Princese's sister in the mayorship without any public concurse. Avoid adding Merry christmas in spanish in the public greeting (it was written in over ten languajes included arabic and hebrew...)
• Joy A (Spain): There are far too many mistakes to list here; Mayor Hereu has basically destroyed our once great city. If we look at the last one, perhaps wanting to start a campaign for Barcelona as a candidate for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
